Be committed to your commitments.
Be courteous and empathetic.
Admit negatives.
Customers are the only source of job satisfaction. 
It can take years to win a Customer and only seconds to lose one. 
Remember
Good service is always taken for granted by the Customer. In any case, he is entitled to it.
Bad service is never forgotten and lingers on and on in the memory of the Customer.
