Your behavior is observed every minute of the working day.
Behavior includes the clothes you wear and how they are worn. It includes the state of your hair and fingernails. It includes the extent to which you use common courtesies, whether you are rude to your colleagues or you are too polite. You should not fiddle around with expenses, nor should you get drunk on formal occasions. You might tell jokes, but they are never offensive. You command respect and not demand respect by your behavior. You may not be perfect, but behavior cannot always be flawless. You should also be a team player and work towards achieving your team and company goals.
