Life Skills - in other words means, “courtesy begets courtesy” which leads to harmony.

Life skills or people-to-people skills are the humane approach to interact with each other at home and work. No longer is it considered too touchy a topic. It matters whether people like each other or not, even if they are able to do their work effectively.

At work, human beings can no longer be considered necessary evil but are part of the productivity chain and actually “human capital”. Everyone is waking up to the fact that we are not machines and have problems, worries and anxieties of human beings everywhere. In this context, life skills is prudent - an insurance policy that may prevent a sudden and terrifying explosion of violence by distraught people.

Just as an organisation is made up of processes and systems that mesh seamlessly in order to produce goods and services, it is also composed of people who must work together.

Playing to Win requires us to understand our own strengths and limitations coupled with the right attitude to life @ home and work.
